Our client is looking for a superstar Recruitment Partner specialised in Technology to help us spread the word about how you can take control of verifiable credentials and selectively share them through decentralized technologies. This person will also be spearheading the internal recruitment encompassing IT and technical roles.

Whats in it for you:

  • Reporting to the Talent Director, you will champion the process to achieving outstanding candidate experience, see through the entire recruitment process from initial introduction to onboarding across various roles within the technology department such as IOT Products, IOT Architect and IOT Security
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for a company growing exponentially, from development of sourcing plans, data driven analyses of recruitment process and best in class practice surrounding candidate experience
  • Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting process, modern approach unlike conventional practices
  • Be the brand ambassador of the company, and advocate fair recruitment strategies and practices
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders and vendors and build the talent community; more importantly play the role as talent advisor to cultivate best recruitment practices and experiences
  • As a Recruitment Partner, you will also play the role of team manager to junior recruiters, ensure succession and growth plans are in place in accordance to company culture and ways of work.

What are the qualities we're looking for:

  • Well seasoned TRecruiter with strong technical recruitment skills surrounding fulfilment of IOT from recruitment agencies or from internal recruitment
  • Able to hit the grown running in a high-growth tech-driven startup
  • Are curious and highly current in the recruitment scene with solid foundations in stakeholder management, great appreciation to market developments/changes and ability spearhead communities
  • Have a growth mindset and enjoy stepping out of your comfort zone to learn and develop, with a heart to share and guide team members to grow the capabilities of the Talent team
