The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic leader responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition efforts and driving the recruitment and hiring process for key leadership and high-level positions. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, identifying and sourcing top talent, and overseeing the selection and hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for key leadership and high-level positions
- Identify and source potential candidates through various methods such as networking, job fairs, and social media
- Oversee the selection and hiring process, including resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their hiring needs and goals
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with legal and company policies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Work with senior leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition plans that align with the company's overall strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, legal compliance, and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for key leadership and high-level positions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software preferred
- Strong knowledge of the local job market
- Strong understanding of the companys culture and goals
