About the job HR Operations Executive
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Operations Executive to join our team on behalf of our client, a leading global logistics company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations and provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, talent management, and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end talent management responsibilities, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide support in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits and compensation programs
- Maintain employee files and records, including updating employee information, attendance records, and leave management
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and coordinate corporate events
- Address employee grievances and provide support to line managers in resolving employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office and experience using HRIS and payroll systems
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
