Senior Business Consultant - Manufacturing, Syteline-WFH -Travel

Are you an experienced Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) consultant looking to help manufacturers transform the way they operate? We're seeking a consulting professional who enjoys solving business challenges and delivering successful ERP solutions.

Remote Work from Home (U.S.)

Approximately 50% Travel

• Primarily Midwest to East Coast
• Weekday travel rarely over the weekend
• Teams are developed around the client issue/concerns

Starting Base Salary: $100K+ Plus Billable Hours

What You'll Be Doing

• Direct complete Infor CSI (SyteLine) ERP deployment projects from planning through completion.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing workflows and recommend practical operational improvements.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders to increase efficiency and optimize business performance.
• Support business functions including:
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Production Planning
  • Scheduling
  • Materials Management
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory Control
  • Finance and Cost Analysis
• Work closely with customers throughout:
  • Business discovery sessions
  • Solution setup and customization
  • User acceptance testing
  • End-user education
  • Production launch and post-launch assistance

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on Infor SyteLine (CSI) consulting experience
• Proven success delivering multiple enterprise ERP implementations
• 8+ years supporting manufacturing organizations
• Strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
• Customer-facing consulting experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
