Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and highly proficient English-speaking recruiter to join the Sparks Wiz Limited team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily interviews with job applicants for various positions within the engineering sector, particularly for our clients based in the United States. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, ideally with a neutral or American-sounding accent, will be crucial in assessing candidates and ensuring they align with our clients expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best candidates
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and understand the requirements for each position
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and making job offers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken. A neutral or American-sounding accent is highly preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field, with a focus on any sector preferred.
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple interviews and client interactions daily.- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing tasks and communications across different time zones.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

Working Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST .
