Franchisee 

Spark Inc. serves a varied caseload of clients that includes Traumatic Brain Injuries, Complex Medical Diagnoses, Voice and Fluency issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as Developmental Delays Services would typically be provided in the client’s home or in the community. Clients reside in the Kingston  area Build your network by meeting with local referral agencies, learning about the needs of the community, and increasing Spark's regional standing as a trusted partner in community care.

Generate referrals and conduct intakes with individuals who can become your own clients as a caregiver, and who you can match with other caregivers.
Provide ongoing quality oversight. Report to the Care Partner team lead and work as part of the team.

You would be the ideal candidate if you are. Motivated and experienced with marketing or entrepreneurship, you have excellent communication skills and proven experience providing front-line support to clients,  a willingness to learn and grow your own business

HOURS

Flexible scheduling options available; Client-dependent schedules

RATE OF PAY

$26.50-$31.50/hour of front-line care, plus $3.50/hour of care other caregivers do with clients you are overseeing

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as with a multidisciplinary team team

Computer skills (i.e. ability to work in MS Word and Outlook)

Bilingualism, preferred, but not required

Assets:
Valid Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle
