We are searching for a reliable and motivated Office Clerk to join our Washington, DC office. This entry-level role is essential for supporting administrative functions, maintaining organized records, and assisting various departments with day-to-day tasks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital office records.

  • Assist with preparing documents, forms, and basic reports.

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.

  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Support office staff with scheduling, meeting preparation, and administrative tasks.

  • Maintain clean and organized office spaces and supply areas.

Qualifications:
