    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal coordination and communication efforts across various projects and teams at our Washington, DC location. This role works closely with managers and team members to ensure information is organized, shared effectively, and aligned with project timelines.



    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in coordinating communication between departments and project teams
    • Track project updates and maintain organized documentation
    • Prepare internal reports, summaries, and communication materials
    • Support meetings by organizing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items
    • Help ensure clear communication of project timelines, updates, and objectives
    • Assist with coordination of team activities, presentations, and materials
  • Qualifications:

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
