The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees alike. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

          • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
          • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
          • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
          • Maintain security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
          • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.

      Qualifications:

            • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
            • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
