Position Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Assistant Chief Operating Officer to partner directly with executive leadership in scaling a high-growth luxury real estate platform. This role is designed as a succession pathway to Chief Operating Officer, offering significant exposure to enterprise-level decision-making, operational design, and growth strategy.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, operational excellence, and leadership maturity, with a proven ability to drive performance across complex, service-oriented organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution
- Translate executive vision into actionable operating plans across brokerage, development, and client services divisions
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and client experience
- Partner with leadership on expansion strategy, including new markets, service lines, and partnerships
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with performance goals and brand standards
- Build and optimize systems, workflows, and KPIs across all departments
- Lead operational scaling efforts, including technology implementation and process standardization
Financial & Performance Management
- Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and unit economics
- Identify opportunities to increase margins and reduce operational inefficiencies
- Develop dashboards and reporting for executive visibility
Client Experience & Brand Integrity
- Ensure operational excellence aligns with a best-in-class luxury client experience
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support top-producing agents and teams
- Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints
