Title: Account Executive: Multi-Family Real Estate / Energy Solutions
Location: Denver, CO 80210
Salary: $65,000-75,000 base plus commission (OTE $150,000 first year)
Schedule: M-F
This is a full-cycle sales position with direct ownership of revenue generation. You will own your personal pipeline, targeting large institutional real estate owners with multi-asset portfolios. Youll lead strategic sales conversations that combine financial, operational, and technical insight, supported by our internal underwriting, implementation, and performance teams.
What You'll Do
- Own revenue targets through proactive outbound sales and inbound lead management.
- Develop and manage a personal pipeline from first contact through contract execution.
- Build authentic, long-term relationships with asset managers, capital projects teams, and senior-level financial decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, property walkthroughs, and solution presentations with internal support.
- Master our financial models, offerings, and value proposition to guide client decisions.
- Travel extensively to client properties, industry conferences, and events nationwide (50% travel).
- Actively contribute to refining sales playbooks, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience in real estate, energy services, capital projects, financial solutions, or consultative sales.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions to sophisticated, multi-stakeholder buyers.
- Comfortable managing long sales cycles and negotiating with senior ownership teams.
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, and driven to generate pipeline and exceed quotas.
- Strong communicator, presenter, and relationship-builder. Thrives in a growth-stage environment where humility, hard work, and adaptability are core values.
- Based in Denver, CO (preferred), but top-tier remote candidates will be considered.
