Position: Sports Physical Therapist

Pay: $80,000-$90,000 per year

Location: Onsite - across both South Norwalk, CT and Port Chester, NY campuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3pm - 8:30pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm

With state-of-the-art facilities in Port Chester, NY (6 courts) and South Norwalk, CT (8 courts), we're seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to keep our athletes healthy and performing at their best.

THE ROLE
Energetic, hardworking Sports Physical Therapist who loves working with children, teens, and families in a fast-paced environment. Support diverse athletes—from enthusiastic kids to competitive juniors and adults—helping them recover from injuries, build strength, and excel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate athletes and create personalized treatment plans for squash-related musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Provide hands-on therapy (manual, exercises, modalities) that's engaging and effective, especially for younger patients.
  • Develop injury prevention programs for high-performance juniors, collaborating with coaches.
  • Contribute to screenings, performance enhancement, and long-term athletic development.
  • Educate athletes and parents on injury management and safe training.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and handle occasional admin tasks efficiently.
  • Bring high energy, professionalism, and a "maximizing life" mindset as a role model.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Current PT license in New York and Connecticut
  • Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience preferred (sports PT or orthopedics ideal); new grads with sports clinical rotations considered
  • Strong expertise in sports-specific injuries (acute/subacute), especially racquet sports (squash experience a plus)
  • Specialty certification (e.g., SCS, OCS) highly desirable
  • Experience with injury prevention and performance enhancement
  • Proactive leader with excellent communication (verbal/written) and computer skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Passionate about working with athletes to maximize their potential
  • Eligible to work in the US preferred
