Position: Territory Sales Rep
Location: Georgia - Full Time (Remote)
Salary: $60,000 (base) + Commission!
We're a growing money transfer company looking for capable, consistent sales professionals to own and develop the Georgia territory.
This is a field-based, travel-heavy role. You'll work independently, set your own daily schedule, but expect to spend most of your time on the road — visiting merchants, signing agents, installing POS systems, and training them in person across the state.
We need someone who can sign new agents quickly, drive transaction volume, and build a sustainable network.
Year 1 Total Compensation: ~$114,900
- Base salary: $60,000
- Car allowance: $450/month
- Gas & meals allowance: $750/month
- Bonuses & incentives: ~$40,500
Years 2+ Compensation
- Core active pay resets to ~$113,400
- 10% residual on all transaction revenue generated by agents you onboard — paid ongoing and compounds over time
- Projected residual income: Year 2: ~$11,700 additional Year 3: ~$23,400 additional Year 5: ~$46,800 additional
- Realistic Year 5 total: $160,000+ with continued growth
Core Responsibilities
- Onboard minimum 3 new agents per month (install POS, provide on-site training)
- Generate 500+ new monthly money transfer transactions — consistent month-over-month growth
- Log all leads, visits, and activity in our CRM system
- Assist with collections on past-due agent accounts when requested
- Meet quarterly Money Transfer Order (MTO) targets: 1,500 by end of Q1, 3,000 by Q2, increasing thereafter
Year 1 Bonuses
- First 500 MTOs (Month 1 only): $1,500
- Quarterly: $3,000 (Q1) | $7,500 (Q2) | $12,000 (Q3) | $16,500 (Q4)
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales success (money transfer/remittance, telecom, retail, or similar high-volume B2B preferred)
- Reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and willingness to travel extensively within Georgia
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and comfort with a high-activity field schedule
- Go-getter mentality
