Fit-out Engineer

Job Purpose:

The Fit-out Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating all fit-out activities, ensuring that the installation and finishing of interior structures align with design specifications, timelines, and safety protocols. This position will provide oversight to the Fit-out Supervisor and ensure smooth coordination between teams, materials, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all fit-out operations, ensuring projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Supervise and support the Fit-out Supervisor in day-to-day activities, providing guidance and direction.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
• Review and approve fit-out drawings, ensuring all installations comply with the latest project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Report progress, issues, and daily production updates to the project manager.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to industry safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to the fit-out team, fostering a high-performance work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in fit-out or interior works, with a focus on modular construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior design, finishing, and fit-out systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and approve technical drawings and specifications.
• Extensive planning knowledge and project management techniques especially agile
• Proven experience leading teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects on time.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
