Waterproofing Leadman

SPACEMAKER KSA is looking for an experienced Waterproofing Leadman to join our dynamic team. The Waterproofing Leadman will be responsible for overseeing a team of painters and ensuring all waterproofing processes are completed to the highest standards, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned and prepared for waterproofing.
• Supervise the application of waterproofing techniques as per specifications and data sheets.
• Conduct flood testing of the pod to ensure waterproofing effectiveness.
• Lead daily start-up meetings, briefing the team on the day's tasks.
• Report daily production and progress to your direct supervisor.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and follow the best safety practices.
• Ensure safe usage of tools and report any breakdowns.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to your team, ensuring the efficient completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in various waterproofing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and material lists.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in waterproofing or similar construction roles.

Skills:

• Expertise in various waterproofing techniques and applications.
• Strong leadership abilities to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to train and mentor new staff and apprentices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ensuring adherence to them.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
