Mechanical Engineer

SPACEMAKER KSA is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead and manage the installation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems. As the Mechanical Engineer, you will oversee the activities of the Mechanical Supervisors and ensure that projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise mechanical teams responsible for plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting system installations.
• Review and analyze mechanical and plumbing drawings to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
• Collaborate with other engineers and teams to coordinate resources and material requirements for each project.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed according to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues as they arise.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Mechanical Supervisors, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, ensuring team members follow all regulations.
• Ensure the correct documentation and records for mechanical systems, materials, and equipment are maintained.
• Track and manage inventory of materials to ensure there are no shortages or wastage.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in mechanical systems, HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in reading and understanding mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC drawings.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing mechanical systems installations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
