Job Summary
Maintains organized and updated documents using document management software or Excel sheets. Tasks include uploading/scanning paper documents, entering data for delivery notes, packing slips, and invoices, and ensuring secure document storage.
Key Responsibilities
- Copy, scan, and store documents.
- Check for accuracy and edit files.
- Enter data for purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the log file.
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Create templates for future use with departmental coordination.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees, suppliers, or service providers.
- Prepare requests for new vendors and daily needs.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma (Mandatory).
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience with computer operations, including office equipment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard office technology.
- Record administration and work process management.
