Job Summary

Maintains organized and updated documents using document management software or Excel sheets. Tasks include uploading/scanning paper documents, entering data for delivery notes, packing slips, and invoices, and ensuring secure document storage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Copy, scan, and store documents.
  • Check for accuracy and edit files.
  • Enter data for purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the log file.
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
  • File documents in physical and digital records.
  • Create templates for future use with departmental coordination.
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees, suppliers, or service providers.
  • Prepare requests for new vendors and daily needs.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma (Mandatory).

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience with computer operations, including office equipment.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard office technology.
  • Record administration and work process management.
