Are you passionate about ensuring top-quality finishes in Interior Design & Fit-out projects? We are looking for an experienced Interior Design QC Inspector to join our team and ensure that every detail meets the highest standards!

🔍 Job Purpose:
The Interior Design QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring quality control and assurance during the final phase of production for finishing products, workflows, and processes. You will oversee that all production activities comply with requirements, develop corrective actions, and attend all finishing stage inspections with client/contractor representatives.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection & Quality Assurance:
  Conduct inspections at various stages, particularly in the final phase of production, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
  Carry out final quality inspections and prepare snagging reports, following up for client approvals.
  Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to verify they meet project specifications.
  Stop activities on-site/factory if work does not meet specifications or approved methods.
  Issue Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are followed.
  Generate and submit quality control documentation to clients.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, visuals, and quality activities.
  Track and monitor the status of corrective actions, ensuring compliance.
  Collaborate with the QA/QC Manager in preparing and submitting quality reports to clients.
• Training & Support:
  Guide production personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  Assist in training sessions on quality-related topics and attend weekly/monthly meetings.

💼 Qualifications:

• Mandatory:
  Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control as an Interior Design Inspector.
• Desirable:
  Certification in Interior Design.
  Experience in the Pre-fabrication / Modular industry.

🎯 Skills & Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Interior Design, Fit-out, Joinery, Carpentry, and Marble industries.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Suite and English.
