Tiling Supervisor

SPACEMAKER KSA is looking for an experienced Tiling Supervisor to lead our tile installation teams on various construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all tiling work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and check received drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify required resources and organize the team for efficient execution.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings, brief the team on the tasks ahead.
• Inspect incoming materials for defects, ensuring they meet approved specifications.
• Organize storage areas for easy access and to prevent damage to materials.
• Ensure all necessary tools are available and maintain them in safe working condition.
• Provide clear explanations of work orders and drawings to the team.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure proper alignment, verticality, and squareness in the installation of tiles.
• Supervise and guide a team of gypsum carpenters, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Provide on-the-job training to junior staff, teaching proper techniques and safety practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-end marble tiling and finishing projects.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficient in reading and understanding drawings.
• Expertise in tiling techniques, including layout, installation, grouting, and finishing.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and ability to enforce safety protocols.
