Factory Logistics Supervisor

SPACEMAKER KSA is seeking an experienced Factory Logistics Supervisor to oversee and manage the logistics teams daily operations. Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, pod loading, and factory maintenance, while upholding safety standards and coordinating effectively with production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the logistics team, including forklift drivers, crane operators, and cleaning staff.
• Ensure that factory areas are clean, well-maintained, and organized.
• Supervise the movement of goods and pods, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and transportation.
• Enforce safety protocols for all lifting and transportation operations.
• Attend daily start-up meetings and provide the team with clear instructions for the day.
• Report daily production and progress to the direct supervisor.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and tools, report breakdowns, and maintain proper maintenance schedules.
• Guide and mentor the logistics team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Experience with lifting equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and maintain safety standards.
• Minimum 5 years experience in lifting, loading, or logistics operations.

Skills:

• Expertise in lifting and loading various items.
• Strong leadership skills to guide a team of crane operators, forklift drivers, and cleaning staff.
• Ability to implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
