Carpenter Supervisor

SPACEMAKER KSA is looking for a skilled and experienced Gypsum Carpenter Supervisor to oversee our team of drywall carpenters. If you're passionate about ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, maintaining safety standards, and managing a team to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and check received drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Identify resources and ensure all materials and tools are available.
• Lead daily start-up meetings and brief the team on the day's tasks.
• Inspect incoming materials for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Organize storage areas to keep materials accessible and in good condition.
• Ensure all tools are in good working order and used safely.
• Provide clear explanations of work orders and drawings to the team.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards and work according to plans.
• Ensure proper alignment, verticality, and squareness of installations.
• Supervise and guide a team of gypsum carpenters, assigning tasks and overseeing performance.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Mentor and train new team members on techniques and safety practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in drywall and gypsum systems.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and work orders.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to implement and enforce workplace safety protocols.
