🔌 Job Purpose:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, managing a team of electricians, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the smooth execution of electrical systems and adherence to regulations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:
  Review drawings and ensure all resources are in place for the job.
  Supervise daily operations, including briefings with your team and tracking progress.
  Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
  Organize and maintain storage areas for easy access to materials, ensuring their protection.
  Manage tools and power tools, ensuring their availability and safe use.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance and training.
  Ensure electrical systems, wiring, circuit design, and installation are carried out to the highest standards.
  Review work orders and drawings with the team, providing clear instructions.
  Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality work and compliance with drawings.
  Maintain inventory of electrical materials to prevent wastage.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to regulations.
  Ensure compliance with safety standards, best practices, and relevant codes.
  Provide on-the-job training for junior electricians, ensuring proper technique and safety.

🎯 Qualifications:

• Mandatory:
  Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit design, installation, and troubleshooting.
  Excellent English communication skills.
  Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Desirable:
  Additional certifications related to electrical systems or safety.
