This is a key role that will ensure all production activities meet the highest standards and comply with client specifications, codes, and industry regulations.

🔍 Job Purpose:
As a Senior QA/QC Engineer, you will oversee and manage the quality assurance and quality control activities across the entire project lifecycle. You will lead the development and implementation of quality management systems, monitor production processes, and ensure that all project requirements are met. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvements, solve quality issues, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management & Leadership:
  Lead and supervise QA/QC activities across multiple projects to ensure compliance with all quality requirements.
  Develop and implement effective quality management systems, procedures, and processes.
  Provide strategic direction for the QA/QC team, ensuring optimal performance in quality control and assurance.
  Identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues across the production and construction phases.
  Ensure proper inspection procedures, documentation, and reporting protocols are followed.
• Inspection & Compliance:
  Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews of fabrication and construction processes.
  Verify that materials, processes, and equipment meet specifications and industry standards.
  Collaborate with engineers and contractors to address quality deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  Ensure that all non-conformances are recorded, investigated, and rectified in a timely manner.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
  Generate quality reports and present them to clients, management, and other stakeholders.
  Monitor quality performance indicators, track non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Training & Mentoring:
  Provide leadership and mentorship to junior QA/QC engineers and other team members.
  Conduct training sessions on quality control standards, industry codes, and best practices.

🎯 Qualifications:

• Mandatory:
  Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
  Minimum 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in structural, welding, or fabrication industries.

Professional certifications in Quality Management or QA/QC Engineering.

• Desirable:
  Experience in Pre-fabrication / Modular industry.
