Electrical Leadman

SPACEMAKER KSA, part of the Nesma Group, is looking for an experienced Electrical Leadman to oversee and coordinate the electrical system installations for our innovative modular projects. Job Purpose:
The Electrical Leadman will supervise and coordinate electrical workers in the construction and installation of electrical systems for pods. This role ensures that all electrical systems are installed and functioning according to specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of the electrical system on the ceiling, installation of the final fix.
• Tagging assemblies according to drawings.
• Report daily production to your direct supervisor.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings, briefing the team on the job of the day.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Ensure proper usage of tools/power tools by the team and report breakdowns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in executing electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge in electrical systems, wiring, circuit design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and material lists.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain work and drawings to the team.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of electricians.
