Overhead Crane Operator

SPACEMAKER KSA, part of the Nesma Group, is seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Operator to join our team. Job Purpose: As the Overhead Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating overhead cranes to move heavy materials and products within our factory. You will ensure the proper handling and transportation of materials while minimizing risks, adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials as directed.
• Ensure proper rigging and secure materials for safe transport.
• Load and unload trucks and other transportation methods.
• Identify and report safety hazards or risks within the work area.
• Coordinate with factory staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure team adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certified Crane Operator License.
• Certification in rigging or material handling is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in loading, logistics, or crane operations.
• Proficiency in operating overhead cranes, hoists, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of load capacities, weight distribution, and lifting techniques.
• Good communication skills and ability to mentor apprentices and new staff.
