Mechanical Supervisor

SPACEMAKER KSA is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems. Join our team and ensure the highest quality standards are met while leading a skilled team in a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and identify necessary resources for projects.
• Lead daily start-up meetings, briefing the team on the day's tasks.
• Collect and inspect incoming materials for defects, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Maintain organized storage areas for easy access to materials and prevent damage.
• Ensure the availability of tools and equipment for the team and report any breakdowns.
• Track material usage to avoid wastage and ensure availability for ongoing production.
• Provide clear instructions and drawings to the Leadman and the team.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Ensure proper installation and alignment of plumbing systems, drainage, and water supply to avoid issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for mechanical materials.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure the team follows all safety regulations.
• Provide on-the-job training to junior staff and mentor them in safety and techniques.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in mechanical systems, HVAC, and firefighting execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in reading and understanding mechanical and plumbing drawings.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems installation.

Skills:

• Expertise in drainage, plumbing, HVAC systems, and sanitary ware installation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to resolve installation challenges efficiently.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and protocols.
