Concrete Leadman

SPACEMAKER KSA, a proud member of the Nesma Group, is looking for an experienced Concrete Leadman to supervise and lead a team in the construction and assembly of concrete forms and structures. If you have hands-on experience with concrete pouring and a strong leadership background, we want to hear from you!

Job Purpose: As the Concrete Leadman, you will lead a team of carpenters and laborers in the preparation, construction, assembly, and installation of concrete forms. Your technical expertise in concrete carpentry, combined with your leadership skills, will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare table surfaces for concrete work.
• Construct, assemble, and install wood and metal formwork for concrete slabs and slopes.
• Pour, vibrate, level, and smooth the concrete surfaces.
• Cure concrete and ensure it meets the required standards.
• Report daily production progress to the direct supervisor.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings and provide clear job instructions to the team.
• Enforce safety protocols, ensuring the team adheres to safety regulations.
• Ensure proper and safe use of tools and power tools, and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand drawings and material lists.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete pouring and carpentry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of carpenters and laborers.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills to explain tasks and safety procedures to the team.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
