Position Overview

SpaceMaker KSA is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Saudi Arabia. This role will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with our vision of innovation, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the Saudi Arabian market
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and agencies
  • Represent SpaceMaker at career fairs and industry events
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent interview stages
  • Negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
  • Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment metrics
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Develop strategies to meet Saudization targets
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives

  • Qualifications and Experience

  • 
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Masters degree highly advantageous
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and Saudization requirements
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
  • Negotiation skills for discussing employment terms
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail in maintaining records
  • Cultural sensitivity in a diverse workplace environment
  • Knowledge of construction industry recruitment challenges
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding (desirable)
  • Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) a plus
