Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. This is a fully remote role, but applicants must be based in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models when necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize data pipelines and reporting processes.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with Excel, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data in an understandable way.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Understanding of machine learning basics and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Experience working with CRM or marketing analytics tools.
