About the job Product Specialist
My client helps some of the world's leading brands turn online browsers into repeat customers by taking customer experience to the next level. They are looking for a Product Specialist who is passionate about customer service, and has both the technical abilities and outstanding communication skills to ensure their customers can use their products effectively and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will need an appreciation of software and the ability to translate that into commercial application. You'll also need analytical and problem-solving skills, first-class communication skills as mentioned, and knowledge of support software such as Jira and/or Zendesk.
The company's offices are based in NL and BE, and you may work from either or remotely. However, you will also need to be fluent in both English and Dutch/Flemish.
