Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE)

What You'll Be Doing

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple high-volume, skilled trade positions
• Partner closely with Project Managers to anticipate labor needs and place talent as crews roll on and off jobs
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, cold calling, referrals, job boards, and community outreach
• Develop relationships with trade schools, workforce agencies, recruiters, and local organizations
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, verify experience, and coordinate hiring manager interviews
• Track and analyze recruiting KPIs, metrics, and ROI to continuously improve hiring outcomes
• Create and execute recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Provide weekly recruiting activity and progress reports
• Stay current on industry trends, labor markets, and best recruiting practices

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting for industrial, skilled trades, or high-volume roles
• Electrical or construction industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-builder who's comfortable working with both field leaders and candidates
• Confident cold caller who can engage passive talent and build trust quickly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
