Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our healthcare business. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for various roles, including pharmacy staff, executive positions, sales, marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal, and GoHighLevel
• Conduct the first round of interviews to identify top candidates
• Work closely with the HR manager and department managers to understand hiring needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Meet or exceed targets for time-to-hire and candidate quality

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in similar recruiting jobs
• Great english level (C1-C2)
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its hiring needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal, and GoHighLevel
