Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Strategy Lead to join our Marketing team. This role is critical in driving the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in the health and wellness industry. You will play a key role in managing creative projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that our marketing initiatives are both creatively distinctive and data-driven, all while maintaining our high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy (70%)
- Managing ad (video and static) creation, reviewing and assign the design team's work across the Strategy, Scripts & Storyboards, and final ad review
- First line of support with roadblocks, tricky scenarios that don’t quite fall in line with our SOPs
- Facilitating weekly department meetings to review key projects, priorities, ongoing internal documentation, & process improvement
- Scheduling and leading 1:1s monthly with each individual to ensure their careers, skills, and work happiness are monitored and developed
- Meeting with the leadership team frequently to report on key brand/performance issues, process improvements, internal projects, capacity + hiring planning
- Coordinate talent (for UGC/video) availability and manage scheduling for projects, ensuring talent is booked efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive talent database, ensuring accurate and current information for each talent profile.
- Conduct outreach efforts to discover and recruit new talent, building relationships and expanding our talent pool.
- Develop and implement talent management processes and systems to streamline operations and ensure effective communication.
- Act as a liaison between talent and internal teams, providing clear and concise briefings to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Support the post-production team by sorting and linking content, facilitating seamless post-production efforts.
Creative Research, Strategy and Scriptwriting (30%)
- First and foremost, you will be obsessed with all things social. You’ll be constantly reviewing the latest trends in social to ensure all of our brand's ads are ahead of the curve. We like to be distinctive and want to ensure we stay that way.
- You’ll have a proven track record of being a creative social media specialist, delivering successful creative content geared towards customer acquisition KPIs (CAC/CPA & ROAS)
- Relevant hands-on experience designing video and static ads for direct response campaigns is required
- We are the best in the game, so it's important you have an appetite for driving results and solving problems. You’ll be driven to be creative, and confident in writing briefs.
- You’ll have experience in social media analysis including A/B testing, and you’ll have experience implementing a test-and-learn approach to creative design.

Experience or desire to manage a team
- 3-5+ years experience at a marketing agency or similar fast paced environment
Remote work experience highly preferred
- You’ll have exceptional copywriting, communication, and attention to detail skill sets that demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively.
- Understanding of conversion based, direct response copywriting, proofing, and storytelling for short form paid social

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage after 90 days of employment.
