Job Title: Junior Customer Success Manager
Location: London (Hybrid 4 days per week in-office, Fridays remote)
Salary: £35,000 £45,000 per annum

Their platform integrates with leading ERP systems and helps enterprise and mid-market clients streamline accounts receivable, payments, reconciliation, and workflow management. With strong investor backing and a high-calibre team, the business is in a rapid growth phase and is expanding its post-sales function to support customer adoption and success.

Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, analytically minded graduate or early-career professional looking to break into customer success within fintech. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you'll support onboarding, user training, and account health monitoring for clients using ERP-connected financial automation tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and building client relationships in a structured, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding processes and assist with customer implementation plans
  • Deliver product training to end users and respond to day-to-day platform usage questions
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and flag potential adoption risks
  • Assist in preparing business reviews and customer health updates
  • Capture user feedback and share insights with product and engineering teams
  • Help build documentation, onboarding guides, and CS playbooks
  • Work closely with senior CSMs to grow into a fully autonomous client-facing role

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Expertise

  • Strong academic background with a degree in a STEM field (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics)
  • Educated at a Russell Group university (or equivalent high-calibre academic institution)
  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role (support, success, onboarding, or consulting), ideally within a SaaS or fintech business
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) or experience working for a platform that integrates with these is a strong advantage
  • Highly logical thinker with a keen interest in financial operations and automation
