Job Title: Business Development Manager - All Seniorities Considered

Salary Range: £50,000 - £100,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
Location: Hybrid / Remote - Office in London

They are at the forefront of enabling seamless, secure, and efficient international payments, leveraging advanced technology to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the rapidly evolving digital economy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the cross-border payments sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in emerging markets, particularly across Africa.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance market presence.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the payments or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments and emerging markets, particularly in Africa.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
