With partnerships playing a critical role in their Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, this business is looking to scale its Partnerships team with the addition of a driven and ambitious Partnership Manager.
The Role:
This is a 360° Partnerships role that will see you identifying, prospecting, engaging, and closing new partnerships while managing existing relationships to drive mutual growth and success. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding and ongoing optimisation of partnerships. Depending on your experience level, support and guidance will be available, but the ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new strategic partnerships to support the company's growth.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual value and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to ensure successful partner onboarding and continuous optimisation.
- Lead the end-to-end partnership cycle, from negotiation to execution.
- Track performance metrics and continuously seek ways to optimise partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Types of Partners:
- Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
- Payment businesses (e.g., Open Banking providers, tokenisation providers, acquirers, issuers, gateways, and Alternative Payment Methods (APMs))
Core GTM Vertical Focus:
- Gaming and casinos
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Payments industry (experience can be from any payments-related field).
- Strong understanding of partnership operations and commercial strategy.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Self-motivated, highly driven, and eager to contribute to a rapidly scaling business.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote working environment.
Desirable:
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth business.
- Familiarity with Payments Orchestration and complex fintech ecosystems.
