Job Title - Account Executive
Location - Lithuania - Onsite
Salary - 40,000 - 50,000 EUR + uncapped commission
We are currently working with an incredibly impressive business who are a major player when it comes to providing payment services into high-risk merchant environments. The technology behind this business is very much there key differentiator along with the level of transparency with their global acquirers which has seen them scale their revenues rapidly.
Our client can offer everything from High Rick processing, Payment Gateways, Open Banking accessibility, Smart Routing, Fraud and Chargeback prevention as well as much more.
As they continue to expand globally, we are looking to hire several people into their sales team firstly starting within Lithuania and we are also open to considering people who are looking to relocate.
The role
As an Account Executive you will be tasked to carry out the end to end sales cycle within the business. This includes prospecting your own clients, mapping out the accounts and key decision makers, engaging them through multi-channel, cadences, right through to demos, negotiations, and closing.
Within this sales environment, I would describe it as competitive yet collaborative and as part of this position you will also play a part in supporting the BDR to ensure they are aligned with your account-based goals, work closely with Marketing to provide insights on deal successes, and customer success to ensure support is offered in the initial handover once deals have been closed.
The requirements
- Proven track record selling payment-based solutions ideally to high risk customer segments such as iGaming, travel, Crypto or others
- Proven track record of achieving sales-based revenue targets
- Proven track record of recently handling the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting accounts through to close
- Experience building out successful sales cadences that utilised multi-channel approaches including but not limited to social selling, cold calling, personalised emails, sequenced emails, events and tradeshows
- A creative thinker, someone who is not afraid to step outside of the box and be experimental. You will be given the freedom to do so and fail fast where needed
- You will have a competitive side to you yet also a team player where everyone can learn from everyone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
