The Opportunity
We're looking for a Buyer's Agent to join our high-performing Brisbane team. You'll play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing quality investment properties for our clients. This is a fully supported role, no cold sales or lead generation. You'll work closely with a Property Researcher, Admin Officer, and Property Manager to ensure seamless transactions and confident client experiences.
What You'll Do

Manage investor queries about potential properties.

Negotiate with the seller's agents to secure favourable terms.

Assess properties to ensure they meet our internal quality standards.

Oversee the contracting process through due diligence, unconditional stage, and settlement.

Collaborate with internal teams to close deals efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction.

What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar property acquisition or investment role.

Proven track record of successful deal negotiation and portfolio growth.

Full QLD Real Estate Licence (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, organised, and eager to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
