About the Role

Dijitally is looking for a Global SEO Lead to join our team and work on-site with our client, a leading global fintech company revolutionising payments and financial infrastructure for businesses worldwide. In this role, you will drive the company's organic growth strategy, leading SEO initiatives across multiple markets and ensuring best practices in technical SEO, content, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute SEO Strategy: Build and implement a global SEO roadmap to drive organic growth, improve rankings, and increase traffic across multiple markets.
  • Technical SEO & Site Optimisation: Work closely with development teams to enhance site architecture, page speed, indexability, and mobile optimisation.
  • Content & Keyword Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create high-impact SEO-optimized content and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance, generate insights, and optimise campaigns.
  • International SEO: Implement best practices for multilingual and multi-regional SEO to maximise visibility across global markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all digital initiatives.

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of SEO experience in a global or multi-market role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and international SEO.
  • Experience working with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with SEO in highly regulated industries is a plus.
