The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, multi-disciplined marketer to join Dijitally as our Performance Marketing Manager. This crucial senior role will focus on expanding our clients customer reach and revenue and elevating our brand's online presence through paid media campaigns and strategic SEO.

You will play a key role in advancing our cross-channel customer acquisition and retention strategies, which are essential for achieving ambitious growth targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Own and manage performance media campaigns across various platforms including Paid Search, Meta, TikTok, and others as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our brand and creative teams to test and optimize creative content, ensuring maximum conversions and growth.
  • SEO Strategy: Oversee and set the strategic direction for SEO initiatives, focusing on high-impact areas and preparing for significant projects such as website re-platforming.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Maintain a regular reporting schedule to share performance metrics and insights, managing the overall conversion funnel from media to site performance.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated with industry best practices across channels and creativity, promoting a performance marketing methodology within the company.

Your Ideal Skills, Experience, and Characteristics

At least 5 years in a growth or performance marketing role, with hands-on experience in paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. Ideally you have experience working in a digital agency environment.

  • Proven ability to manage performance media campaigns across platforms like Paid Search (e.g., Google Ads) and Paid Social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, particularly in a large-scale e-commerce or digital marketplace setting.
  • Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work with creative teams to transform ideas into effective campaigns.
  • Analytical Ability: Skilled in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio and others to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Insight: A firm belief that creative content is crucial for performance, with a knack for capturing attention across various channels.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and willing to take initiative to test and learn quickly.
