The Role
We are seeking a talented Digital PM/AM Hybrid to join our dynamic team. This is a dual-focused role requiring a strong understanding of CRM and performance marketing, along with exceptional client management skills. Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Performance Marketing: Collaborate with performance teams to optimise digital campaigns, focusing on measurable ROI and client satisfaction.
- CRM Expertise: Leverage CRM insights to enhance customer engagement strategies for clients.
- Strategic Consultation: Provide insights and recommendations that align with client goals and industry trends.
- Proactivity and Curiosity: Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and agency processes.

- Proven experience in a mid-level digital marketing/project management role with a focus on CRM and performance marketing.
- Strong client-facing skills, including proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for managing complex projects.
- A strategic thinker who understands client business goals and aligns efforts to achieve them.
- Experience juggling multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent understanding of key digital channels (CRM, paid social, email marketing, etc.).
