Job Description

We are in search of an accomplished Fullstack Developer with a self-starter attitude who is ready to take on significant responsibilities in a dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in identifying and autonomously managing tasks without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture New Features: Lead the development and implementation of innovative features, leveraging your expertise in Typescript, React, AWS, Node, PHP, npm, yarn, and git. Ensure solutions are both technically robust and align with business goals.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a small distributed team of developers, managing project timelines and ensuring high-quality code. Create a collaborative remote work environment that fosters innovation and efficiency.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including project management, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support Ticket Resolution: Handle complex support issues as a secondary role, utilizing your deep understanding of web development to provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in web development, with significant experience in a senior role.
• Proficiency in Typescript, React, AWS, Node, PHP, npm, yarn, and git.
• Experience with other programming languages and technologies is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to independently initiate and manage projects.
• Proven problem-solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing a diverse team of developers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
