We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's esteemed creative agency in London, UK.
In this role, you will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with prospective clients, and nurturing existing client partnerships. Your skill in understanding client needs, presenting compelling solutions, and closing deals will be essential in meeting the company's revenue targets and expanding their client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients across various industries.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential areas for growth and diversification.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, both locally and globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, strategy, and project management, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the creative agency or marketing industry.
- A strong network of industry contacts and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful business partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
