Who is our Client?
Our client is a is a publicly-traded, European company. They are a global food solutions group and the world's leading meal kit company, now operating in almost 20 countries around the world. Our client entered the Japanese market in 2021 and officially launched their service in 2022.
Our client is looking for a Production Analyst with focus on data analysis. You will be reporting to our Head of Fulfillment as a part of the Warehouse Operations team, responsible for planning, scheduling and analysing the data around production, to ensure that KPI's are met and efficiency is maximised.
What would you be doing?
To succeed in this role, you should be a data-driven planner who is comfortable working with Excel and has a passion for unearthing meaningful insights in data. In this role you will:
- Manage forecasts and convert into a Daily & Weekly Production Plan, in order to optimise stock and production lines
- Responsible for the production planning and the execution of the S&OP (Sales & Operations) Supply Plan
- Generate and analyse weekly and monthly KPIs for all aspects of the Operations function identifying key trends and issues and contribute to the planning targets for the site
- Work closely with the Production leaders and the 3PL in relation to efficiency, plan attainment, changeovers, and flexibility
- Support Marketing / Product in projects and upcoming product changes and new product portfolios
- To contribute significantly to the achievement of 100% service level for the production site whilst achieving a cost-effective finished goods and material stock level
- Support other team members in problem-solving and continuous improvement programs
Who you are...
- Be a dynamic self starter who can take control of the Production Planning process
- Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel / Google sheets skills are an absolute must (demonstrable)
- Knowledge of practical statistics for process control and analysis purposes
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
