    Duties Will Include:
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies
  • Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
  • Collaborate with the treatment team (director, parents, and other support network) to review case progress
  • Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists on all policies and procedures
  • Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc
  • Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties

    Must-Haves:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master's degree and completion of ABA coursework
  • Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation
  • Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
  • Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required
  • Ability to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and clients' changing needs
  • Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have an opportunity for increased base pay
