Duties Will Include:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies
- Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
- Collaborate with the treatment team (director, parents, and other support network) to review case progress
- Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists on all policies and procedures
- Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc
- Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
Must-Haves:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master's degree and completion of ABA coursework
- Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
- Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation
- Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
- Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required
- Ability to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and clients' changing needs
- Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have an opportunity for increased base pay
