1-year contract (247 business days) - 1 possible extension
ONSITE 5 days - Downsview, Toronto or St. Catharines.
Deliverables:
- Software development and Technical Product knowledge of various collaboration tools including SharePoint, PowerApps design, .Net development and HTML knowledge. The Resource will be contributing to the ongoing development of a Digital Portal, using various tools and products to capture info, present it in multiple ways via dashboards, reports and executive summaries.
- Prepare appropriate documentation to ensure existing project team has the information required to continue with ongoing development efforts.
- Design a report to show the status of SLA signatories- including linkages to eApprovals and how the Digital Portal can illustrate in a centralized fashion the progression.
- Tracking SLA signatories within the Digital Portal, and also other integration points to support the SLM SLA process. Eventual end-state could include finding way to populate the Service Catalogue with content captured in the Digital Portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.

- Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.
- Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications.
- Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.
- Experience with middleware and gateways.
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging.
- Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues.
- Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team.
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
- Ability to provide user and system documentation as required.
Must Have:
- Experience in solution development and analysis with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform including creating and customizing Model Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Security configurations and Power Pages.
- Experience in programming and analysis with Mic, Web Development skills including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax to update Dynamics 365 Forms and Portal webpages.
- Experience with Agile DevOps development methodology, Version Control Repositories, CI/CD Pipelines Experience with compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. AODA
- Experience with Government of Ontario – Information Technology Standards (GO ITS)
