CT Technologist - Freestanding Emergency Department

Shift: Full-Time, 36 Hours Per Week, Variable Shift

Under the direct supervision of the FSED Leadership, the CT/X-Ray technologist is responsible for operating and providing high-quality computerized tomography and X-rays to patients in a safe manner for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.

Must Haves:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Within 1 year of hire National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography (Vendor Managed) OR
  • Within 1 year of hire National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (Vendor Managed)
  • Within 60 days of hire Medical Assistant - Registered (hiring facility assists with licensure)

Preferred:

  • Associate Degree in Medical Imaging Or
  • Bachelor's Degree Medical Imaging
  • 1-year Experience as a registered technologist performing CT scans and X-rays.
