Lead Application Developer (C#.Net/ Angular/ AWS) 

Contract (1 year, chance of renewal)

Leverage external technology solutions or lead the development of internal ones to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities that, in turn, drive the organization's targeted outcomes. Facilitate and orchestrate the delivery of projects that grow and transform the business.

Contribute to the design of technical solutions (including applications, technologies, processes and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services. Provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks to technical teams and external providers.

Beyond delivery, create deliverables that help develop a direction for managing the organization's portfolio of "to be" and "as is" solutions.

Modify complex application programs from detailed specifications. Code, test, debug, document, maintain and implement those programs. Lead projects of varying complexity and size. Provide mentorship to more junior staff.

Must have

• 10+ years of experience programming using C#.Net
• 3+ years of experience leading offshore development teams
  
• 3+ years of experience AWS 
• 3+ recent Angular experience
• Experience working within insurance, banking, and financial services
