Responsibilities:

• The Registered Dietitian will provide education, counseling, and Medical Nutrition therapy and care to patients, residents, and clients in their specific department or area of accountability both individually and in groups. This is done via assessment, development, implementation, documentation, and monitoring of nutrition care plans
  
• Identify, develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate educational programs to patients, health care providers, and the community.
  Functions as an integral part of the collaborative interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Serves as a nutrition resource for the patient, health care team, and community and assures that the delivery of high-quality nutrition care is provided

8:30 am-5:00 pm including a weekend and holiday rotation

Requirements:

• 4-year/bachelor's degree
• BLS Certification
• Commission on Dietetic Registration Registered Dietician
• Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist-Pennsylvania
• Eligible for PA Licensure may be accepted in lieu of actual license; PA Dietitian-Nutritionist Licensure is required within 120 days of employment
• Certified Personal Trainer through NASM if applicable
