Responsible for planning, assigning, coordinating, and controlling nursing care and services for patients. They will serve as a mentor and leader by providing support, guidance, and training as needed.

Must Haves:

• 3 years of recent acute care RN experience in the same or a similar unit
  
• Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred:

• Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire
• Previous charge nurse experience and/or 2 years of relevant leadership experience
